• How much will my inventory cost?
There are many factors that work into the inventory rate. The top 3 are: Method of count, GPO Affiliation, and Timing. *GRx Inventory rates are all-inclusive; we do not charge travel, per diem or reporting fees.
• What are the methods of count offered?
Per pill count, Half & Whole, and Tenths.
• Does my facility qualify for any discounts?
GRx Inventory in affiliation with Guaranteed Returns offers customer of both companies a 5% discount off the inventory service rate. GRx Inventory is also contracted with major GPOs to offer members the best price possible on inventory service.
• When can I expect my reports?
Reports are available the day of inventory. All sections counted can be printed and reviewed at the time of count. A hard copy of the location summary will be provided at the completion of count. Additional reports will be written to CD or emailed to you within 24 hours of inventory count completion.
• How does my inventory get valued?
GRx Inventory works with your wholesalers to build the inventory files with current contracted pricing. We have the ability to created files for regular and 340B pricing.
• Can I get multiple sites inventoried and reported separately?
Satellite pharmacies, oncology and out- sites can be inventoried injunction with the main inpatient sites. Inventory totals can be separated for comprehensive reporting.
• Can my automation be entered into my inventory?
Yes, if the facility provides either the NDC or Wholesaler Item number for each drug. Not providing this information will result in final inventory reports be delayed while research is done. Additional charges for automation research could apply.
